In Europe, jelly has been known for 500 years. But then gelatin was made from the swim bladder of sturgeon, and the jellies themselves were mainly fish. Gelatin in its familiar form appeared in 1845, but even then sweet jellies were not made from it. But after 100 years, when there were more and more dyes and flavors, fruit jellies settled on our tables forever. But our recipe will not contain any dyes or flavors. Just juice, blueberries and strawberries.
